Hampshire, UK-based MP3 Editorial Ltd has been producing high quality books and series for the international illustrated publishing market since 2005. Race for Space is our first venture as an independent publisher. Some of you will recognize that the first three volumes in the series were published as limited editions in 2010. However, the 2012 edition has been completely revised and updated, and we are now delighted to be able to offer Race for Space: the Race to the Moon in both printed softback and web-enabled digital formats.

David Baker is an award-winning space consultant and author of more than 80 books. From the early 1970s to the 1980s he worked on the NASA Apollo and Shuttle programs. He now runs his own space consultancy in the UK and from 2012 will be the editor of Spaceflight, the magazine of the British Interplanetary Society
Anatoly Zak is a Russian-born journalist, writer and digital illustrator specializing in space. A regular contributor to the BBC and to aerospace magazines, he publishes www.RussianSpaceWeb.com – an internationally respected online resource of space news and information, both past and present.
